Here is the update for today:

Regent Chemistry 2:
• HW #14: (Due Wed.) Worksheet - Heating & Cooling Curves.
• Reminder: Lab. #20 continues tomorrow in Rm. 311: Wed/Thurs. P9, and Fri. P1.

Living Environment 2:
• HW #8 (Due tomorrow, P5 & P6): Find the definition for the following vocabularies: Diploid, Haploid, Meiosis, Tetrad, Crossing-over, Genomes, Karyotypes, Ploidy, Synapsis, Chiasmata.
• HW #8 (Due tomorrow, P7): finished "What I learned about Meiosis..." and submit it tomorrow.

Here is the update for today:

Regent Chemistry 2:
• HW #14: (Due Wed.) Worksheet - Heating & Cooling Curves.
• Reminder: Lab. #20 starts tomorrow 1st Period in Rm. 311. Be sure to make it on time (7:20 AM).
• Progress Report will be send out tonight.

Living Environment 2:
• HW #7 (Due tomorrow): Use a table to outline the advantages and disadvantages of sexual vs. asexual reproduction (at least 3 items for each of the 4 categories).
• Complete Lab. Sheet #18 and submit it by tomorrow.
• Quiz on Asexual reproduction and sexual vs. asexual reproduction tomorrow (10 min.)
• Progress Report will be send out tonight.

Here is the update for today:

Regent Chemistry 2:
• HW #13: (Due tomorrow) - Complete the Worksheet on the measurement of Heat Energy. (Complete the backside for possible bonus points).
• Lab. #19 continues tomorrow first period in Rm. 311. Be sure to get there by 7:20 AM.

Living Environment 2:
• No HW today (other than making sure you complete both Lab. #16 & #17).

Update for 3/10/2010

Here is the update for today:

Regent Chemistry 2:
• HW #12: (Due Tomorrow) Holt - Read pp. 338 - 340; Do p. 344 problems 3, 4, 7, 16.
• Lab. #19 continues: Thurs. P9 and Fri. P1 in Rm. 311. Be on time especially for P1, which starts at 7:20 AM.

Living Environment 2:
• No HW today (Other than completing your online Lab. #16: Mitosis & Finish your Lab. #17 questions). Remember, plenty of others were able to login and finish the lab if they make sure that they 1) use latest Firefox browser; 2) Install latest JAVA; 3) Unblock the pop-up window. Not being able to get it work is not an excuse for not doing the lab. If you can't do it, use school's computer (Rm. 237, Period 8 & 9).

• Lab. #19 continues this week: Wed/Thurs. 9th period, and Friday 1st period in Rm. 311.

• No HW today (other than completing your Lab. #16: Mitosis online & Finish your Lab. #17 questions).
