Welcome back to another year of sweat, hard works, and challenges!
Here are the announcements (and homeworks):
Chemistry 1 (SCS21):
• HW #1: Please have your parents/guardian read the course syllabus that was handed out in class and sign the form (due in class). All new students also need to fill out the student information sheet and Personal learning style and goal survey form (please request the form if you haven't done so).
• All students should have received a copy of "A Brief Review of NYS Chemistry" published by Prentice-Hall with book receipt filled out. This review book is to be left at home (unless otherwise requested) for homework readings and written assignments.
• Reminder: Send an e-mail from your regularly checked e-mail account to my e-mail address: "drliu.iths@gmail.com". In the subject heading, type in your Last Name, First Name, and Period #. In the body of the e-mail, please type in your parents' email address. This is to be used for sending your regular progress report update.
• Announcement: Your predictive diagnostic exam will be held on Monday. Be sure to bring a sharpened #2 pencil and a scientific calculator to be used during exam.
Earth Science 1 (for both SES41 and SES21):
