Update for 11-21-2014

Here is the update for today:
Earth Science 1:
•  HW #16 Worksheet and Lab. Sheets #10 are both PAST DUE.
•  Announcement:  Unit 4 Exam will be held next Wednesday - Earthquake Waves, Earth's Interiors, Continental Drift Hypothesis, & Plate Tectonics.

Regent Chemistry 1:
•  Unit 4 Exam is completed.  If you missed the exam, it's your responsibility to ask for make-up on Monday (before the exam result it distributed). 
•  No additional HW for this weekend.
 
Science, Technology & Society:
• Written project proposal is PAST DUE as of TODAY.
• Classwork #2 is completed in class.  For those that were absent, you can make up the assignment and submit it by Monday:

4.What were the 3 strategies employed to control the Ebola outbreak  that have shown to be successful?

5.Do you think a travel ban would be effective for controlling Ebola outbreak?  Explain.

6.Would the survivor’s serum help in treating Ebola?  What are the possible risks?

• Reminder:  Group Presentation will start on Monday Nov. 24, 2014 (10 minutes each).
